二、比转数 600,M350HD-60可调导叶式混流泵水力模型
1、技术水平
本模型通过部级鉴定,结论为:“ 600可调导叶式混流泵水力模型属国内首创,填补了我国高比转数导叶式混流泵水力模型的空白,其性能指标具有国内领先水平,根据现有资料,已达到国外先进水平。
2、用途
本模型主要用于大中小型泵站用泵的水力模型,包括新建泵站和旧泵站的改造(含混流和轴流泵旧泵站的改造),也适用热电厂循环水泵的水力模型及其他泵。
本模型现已用于徐州徐洪河工程泵站,湖北省丹江泵站,武汉东西湖泵站等。前两个泵站是新建泵站,后一泵站是旧泵站改造(原泵站的泵是轴流泵)。实践证明用本模型生产的泵运行稳定可靠,高效区宽,运行效率高,经济效益好,检修方便。

当卧式安装时,扬程为5米左右,当立式安装时,可适当提高泵的转速,扬程为5-7米,适用于农田排灌用泵,和其他低扬程用泵。

本模型试验结果,其性能指标具有国内领先水平,性能特优,效率 =92.7%。
2、用途
本模型泵主要用于大中小型泵站用泵,可卧式安装,亦可立式安装,当卧式安装时,适用于6-8米扬程,当立式安装时可提高泵的转速,适用于8-15米扬程。

Second,good,the desigining water pump has good performance.The pump’s efficiency,proved with a lot of pracctice,is 7%-12% higher than the traditional method.The design of difficult high specific speed mixed flow pumps,big centrifugal pumps,the hydraulic model with 400,500,600 and 700specific speed and 1400s24 big pump as well as various pumps of many purposes is high up in the pictures .The capability reaches the leading level inside and the advanced level outside, which had been checked up by the experts,and the technology is the domestic initiation.
Third,high,the success ratio is very high.It can achieve 100%ratio under the guarantee of the manufacture and the comdition of right manipulation.
Fourth,rapid,designing with this software can devise rapidly.which is faster tens of times than traditional handwork design.

2.1 Technical level

2.2purpose
This model is mainly used in large-scale,medium and pint-size pumping station’s hydraulic model,including the building of a new pumping station and the alteration of an old pumping station(contaning old , mixed flow and axi, al flow pumping station’s reconstruction),and fits, the circular water pump’s hydraulic mode!in thermoelectricity factory as well as other pumps.
This model has been used in Hong River project’s pumping station in Xuzhou,Dan River pumping station in Hubei, East and West lake pumping station in Wuhan etc.The fore two are new pumping stations,the altter one is old which needs alteration (the former pumping station used axial flow pump).The practice proves that the pump produced with this model is steady-going,credible running,broad using area,high efficiency,good economical benefits ,and convenient overhaul.
